  • Communicate effectively with athletes, coaches, and event staff to provide clear instructions and updates.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the specific sport’s regulations and officiating standards.
  • Document and report any incidents or rule violations during events for review and record-keeping.
  • Assist in the development and training of new officials and volunteers as needed.

Requirements
