Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience as a Purchasing Director or in a similar leadership role within procurement.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain management and inventory management principles.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools, along with advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with suppliers and internal teams.
- Understanding of market dynamics and trends in the industry.
