Job Brief
We are seeking a skilled Process Analyst to join our team, responsible for formulating and applying mathematical modeling and optimization methods. The ideal candidate will assist management with decision-making, policy formulation, and other managerial functions by analyzing data and developing decision support software and services. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with experience in data analysis and optimization techniques, as well as strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Formulate mathematical models to analyze complex business processes and provide actionable insights.
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Develop decision support systems, software, or products to enhance operational efficiency.
- Optimize time, cost, and logistics networks for effective program evaluation and implementation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Conduct reviews of existing processes to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Process Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, or data visualization software.
- Experience with mathematical modeling and optimization methods.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex information clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
