Job Brief

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- State certification in Special Education for preschool or early childhood education.
- Experience working with young children with disabilities, including those with visual and hearing impairments.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and special education laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and staff.
- Ability to implement behavior management strategies and adapt instructional methods.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and tools to enhance learning experiences.
