Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in postal services or management, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of postal regulations, procedures, and operational standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
- Proficient in using postal software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer service.
