Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or training in emergency management is a plus.
- Proven experience in a dispatching role or in emergency services is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly.
- Familiarity with law enforcement, fire, and emergency medical procedures.
- Proficient in using radio communication equipment and computer-aided dispatch systems.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and make quick decisions under pressure.
- Certifications in emergency dispatching or related fields are advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
