Responsibilities

- Verify and pay off jackpots accurately while maintaining detailed records of transactions.
- Conduct regular inspections of poker tables and equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety standards.
- Plan and organize promotional activities and special events to enhance guest engagement and satisfaction.
- Train and mentor new staff members in poker rules, customer service, and operational procedures.
- Assist in resolving disputes and complaints from players in a professional manner.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification in gaming or hospitality preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a casino or gaming environment.
- In-depth knowledge of poker games, rules, and regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on employee development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with guests and staff.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
