Responsibilities
- Assist plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems.
- Supply and hold tools and materials for plumbers during various projects.
- Clean and maintain tools, workspaces, and equipment to promote safety and efficiency.
- Participate in digging trenches and preparing job sites for plumbing installations.
- Follow safety regulations and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries on-site.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project completion.
- Learn plumbing techniques and trade skills through hands-on experience and training.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in plumbing is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing systems and tools.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions.
- Willingness to learn and develop plumbing skills through on-the-job training.
