Requirements

- Proven experience in plastics manufacturing and process design.
- Strong knowledge of polymer chemistry and materials science.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering design tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Professional certifications such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing are a plus.
