Job Brief
As a Plant Scientist, you will conduct advanced research in the areas of breeding, physiology, production, yield, and management of crops and agricultural plants. Responsibilities

- Investigate the chemical, physical, biological, and mineralogical aspects of soils and their influence on plant growth.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote sustainable agricultural practices and innovations.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on research findings for stakeholders and academic publications.
Requirements
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Plant Science, Agronomy, Horticulture, or related field.
- Proven experience in plant breeding techniques and soil science.
- Strong knowledge of pest management strategies and crop protection methods.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis software and data interpretation.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
