Responsibilities

  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, providing change and processing payouts.
  • Assist patrons with inquiries and concerns regarding gaming rules, promotions, and services offered.
  • Maintain accurate records of gaming activity, including chips issued and redeemed.
  • Collaborate with floor staff to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
  • Assist in training new staff members on operational procedures and customer service expectations.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the pit area to enhance the overall gaming environment.
  • Participate in regular meetings to discuss operational improvements and customer feedback.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or gaming management is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a gaming, hospitality, or customer service role preferred.
  • Strong mathematical skills for handling cash transactions and calculating payouts.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele.
  • Knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively.
  • Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and computer software associated with gaming operations.
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the gaming schedule.
