Responsibilities
- Monitor and assist in managing gaming tables to ensure compliance with all regulations and operational policies.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, providing change and processing payouts.
- Assist patrons with inquiries and concerns regarding gaming rules, promotions, and services offered.
- Maintain accurate records of gaming activity, including chips issued and redeemed.
- Collaborate with floor staff to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- Assist in training new staff members on operational procedures and customer service expectations.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the pit area to enhance the overall gaming environment.
- Participate in regular meetings to discuss operational improvements and customer feedback.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or gaming management is a plus.
- Previous experience in a gaming, hospitality, or customer service role preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills for handling cash transactions and calculating payouts.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele.
- Knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively.
- Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and computer software associated with gaming operations.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the gaming schedule.
