Job Brief

As a Personnel Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the recruitment and placement of talented individuals within the organization. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the onboarding process by preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Support various HR functions, including employee engagement initiatives and performance management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process.
  • Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote the organization and attract talent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or personnel coordination, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and HR information systems (HRIS).
  • Strong analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications and recruitment effectiveness.
  • Certification in human resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
