Responsibilities

- Manage and schedule client appointments to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Provide styling advice and support during shopping sessions.
- Facilitate product returns, exchanges, and special orders as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure product availability and promote new arrivals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales or personal shopping, preferably in fashion or luxury goods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Ability to understand and analyze client preferences and styles.
- Knowledge of fashion trends, brands, and styling techniques.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- High level of professionalism and commitment to customer service.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
