Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical, emotional, and social needs.

- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide education and support to patients and families regarding therapy goals and techniques.

- Stay current with industry best practices, emerging therapies, and relevant research.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or a related field.
- Valid state licensure to practice as a Peripatologist.
- Proven experience in clinical therapy settings, preferably with a focus on community-based care.
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills to evaluate patient needs effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in various environments.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation standards.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
