Job Brief
As a Pepper Picker, you will play a vital role in the agricultural industry by manually planting, cultivating, and harvesting a variety of crops, including peppers. Responsibilities

- Till soil and apply fertilizers to promote healthy crop growth.
- Transplant, weed, thin, and prune crops as necessary to maintain field productivity.
- Apply pesticides and other treatments while adhering to safety regulations and guidelines.
- Clean, grade, sort, and pack harvested products for distribution.
- Participate in irrigation activities to ensure proper water supply for crops.
- Construct and repair trellises, fences, and farm buildings to support farming operations.
