Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Pathology, or a related field.
- Certification as a Pathology Technician or Medical Laboratory Technician preferred.
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced laboratory setting.
- Basic computer skills, including experience with laboratory information systems (LIS).
