As a Passenger Relations Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service by addressing inquiries about our products and services. Responsibilities

- Handle and resolve general complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document interactions with customers in accordance with company protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Identify trends in customer inquiries and feedback to recommend improvements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.
- Assist in training new staff on customer service best practices.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or communication is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the transportation or hospitality industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
