As a Parole Agent, you will play a crucial role in the rehabilitation of offenders released from custody or under probation. Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to evaluate the needs and risks of offenders on parole or probation.

- Monitor parole compliance and report any violations, ensuring adherence to established conditions.
- Provide guidance and support to offenders, facilitating access to social services and community resources.
- Collaborate with law enforcement, social service agencies, and treatment providers to ensure comprehensive support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in accordance with legal requirements.
- Conduct regular meetings with offenders to assess progress and modify rehabilitation plans as necessary.
- Educate offenders about the terms of their release and the importance of compliance for successful reintegration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Criminal Justice, Psychology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in case management, social services, or criminal justice preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
- Knowledge of rehabilitation programs, community resources, and legal compliance regulations.
- Ability to assess risk factors and develop effective intervention strategies.
- Proficiency in record-keeping and case management software.
- Certification as a Parole Officer or similar credential is a plus.
