Job Brief
We are seeking a skilled Otolaryngologist to provide specialized medical care for patients with disorders of the ear, nose, and throat (ENT). The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in diagnosing and treating a range of ENT conditions, performing surgical procedures, and utilizing advanced techniques in otolaryngology. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage conditions related to the ear, nose, throat, and related structures of the head and neck.
- Perform surgical procedures such as tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, and sinus surgeries.
- Conduct thorough patient examinations and interpret diagnostic tests, including endoscopies and imaging studies.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on ENT conditions and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Stay current with advancements in otolaryngology and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Otolaryngology.
- Board certification in Otolaryngology preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and proficiency in surgical techniques related to ENT.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Valid medical license to practice in the relevant state.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
