- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings to inform management decisions.
- Provide guidance on compliance with labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in compensation analysis and job evaluation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Occupational Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong understanding of compensation structures, benefits administration, and job classification systems.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and software, with advanced Excel skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Certifications such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) are preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
