Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Occupational Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Strong understanding of compensation structures, benefits administration, and job classification systems.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and software, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Certifications such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) are preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
