Job Brief
As a Nuclear Station Operator, you will play a critical role in the safe and efficient operation of nuclear reactors. Responsibilities
- Operate and control nuclear reactors to maintain safe and efficient performance.

- Record operational data in logs to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with safety regulations.
- Implement emergency procedures promptly in the event of operational abnormalities.
- Investigate and analyze abnormal conditions to determine their cause and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to improve operational efficiency and safety.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher in a related field preferred.
- Valid Nuclear Operator License or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience in nuclear operations or related technical field.
- Strong understanding of reactor physics, thermodynamics, and safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity with monitoring and control systems used in nuclear power generation.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
