Job Brief
As a Navy Command and Control System (NCCS) Ashore System/Operator, you will play a critical role in the operational effectiveness of naval, air, and ground forces. Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor communications, detection, and weapons systems for air, ground, and naval operations.
- Maintain and relay critical communications between air, naval, and ground forces to ensure mission success.
- Implement emergency response plans for natural disasters and wartime scenarios.
- Relay command center information to high-level military and government officials for informed decision-making.
- Monitor surveillance and detection systems, including air defense, to assess and respond to threats.
- Interpret and evaluate tactical situations, providing recommendations to superiors based on real-time data.
- Operate weapons targeting, firing, and launch computer systems to support military operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of command and control systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience in military command and control systems or related fields.
- Strong understanding of communications, detection, and weapons systems operations.
- Technical proficiency in operating and maintaining military software and hardware systems.
