Job Brief
The Naval Gunfire Spotter is a critical role responsible for managing personnel and coordinating weapons operations to effectively engage and neutralize enemy positions, aircraft, and vessels. This position requires extensive experience in planning, targeting, and executing the tactical deployment of field artillery and air defense missile systems. Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership skills, technical proficiency in fire control communications systems, and a deep understanding of weapons systems maintenance and security protocols.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate the tactical deployment of naval gunfire support and artillery units.
- Direct the establishment and operation of fire control and communication systems.
- Oversee targeting and launching of intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs) and other weaponry.
- Manage the storage, handling, and security of nuclear munitions and components.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational security for weapons storage and launch facilities.
- Supervise maintenance and readiness of various weapons systems and equipment.
- Conduct training and drills for personnel on weapons operation and tactical procedures.
- Collaborate with other military branches to enhance operational effectiveness during missions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in military operations, specifically in artillery and naval gunfire support.
- Strong knowledge of fire control systems and missile targeting protocols.
- Familiarity with nuclear weapons handling and security procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to analyze tactical situations and make quick, informed decisions.
- Certification in military weapons systems and operational safety standards.
