Job Brief

Responsibilities
- Conduct time and motion studies to assess worker operations and workflows.
- Analyze data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in production processes.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement best practices for operational efficiency.
- Utilize statistical methods and software tools to evaluate performance metrics.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Assist in the design and layout of manufacturing facilities to optimize production flow.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes and adjustments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in motion study analysis and process optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing environments.
