Responsibilities

  • Handle phone calls and messages, promptly addressing guest inquiries and requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of occupied rooms, guest accounts, and payment transactions.
  • Process reservations, including making and confirming bookings through various platforms.
  • Present statements to departing guests and collect payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist with resolving any guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage inventory of supplies and report any maintenance issues to management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in the hotel industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software and point-of-sale systems.
