We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Mortician Supplies Sales Representative to join our team. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with funeral homes and related businesses to drive sales of mortuary supplies.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products, including embalming fluids, caskets, and cremation supplies.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of mortuary supplies.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts to secure sales agreements and maintain profitability.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the mortuary or funeral service industry.
- Strong knowledge of mortuary supplies, equipment, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is preferred.
