Job Brief
The Mining End Loader Operator is responsible for operating heavy machinery, specifically end loaders, at surface mining sites. Responsibilities

- Monitor and maintain the operational performance of heavy machinery.

- Adhere to all safety protocols and mining regulations to minimize risks and hazards.
- Conduct minor repairs and maintenance on equipment as needed.
- Document daily activities, including equipment usage and material quantities loaded.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in heavy equipment operation preferred.
- Proven experience as an End Loader Operator or similar role in the mining industry.
- Strong knowledge of mining safety protocols and regulations.
- Ability to operate heavy machinery with precision and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and relevant heavy equipment operator certification.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor in a challenging outdoor environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with basic mechanical principles and equipment maintenance.
