Job Brief

Responsibilities

- Confer with department supervisors to assess progress of work and establish completion timelines.
- Compile comprehensive reports on work progress, inventory levels, production costs, and any operational issues.
- Coordinate material movement and work assignments between various departments to optimize efficiency.
- Identify production bottlenecks and recommend solutions to enhance productivity.
- Maintain accurate records of production metrics and inventory status for management review.
- Assist in implementing process improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or manufacturing is a plus.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a coordination or recording role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
