Responsibilities

- Train and mentor enlisted personnel on tactical operations and equipment utilization.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and risk management protocols during operations.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in military tactical operations or a related field.
- Proven expertise in air/weapons systems operations and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of military protocols, procedures, and regulations.
- Effective leadership abilities with experience managing teams in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearances as required by the position.
- Relevant military certifications or training in tactical operations preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration.
