Job Brief
We are seeking a detail-oriented Microwave Oven Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and modifying electromechanical devices, specifically microwave ovens. Responsibilities
- Assemble microwave ovens by following detailed schematics and technical drawings to ensure proper installation of components.
- Modify electromechanical equipment, including servo mechanisms and control linkages, to enhance functionality and performance.
- Conduct thorough quality inspections of assembled units to meet industry standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve assembly-related issues effectively.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently during the assembly process.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency and safety.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols throughout the assembly process.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing, specifically with electromechanical devices.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and components related to microwave ovens.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
