Job Brief
As a Metalizing Machine Operator, you will set up, operate, and maintain plating machines to effectively coat metal or plastic products with a variety of metals, including chromium, zinc, copper, cadmium, and nickel. Responsibilities
- Set up and adjust metalizing machines for optimal operation and efficiency.
- Operate plating machines to apply metal coatings through immersion in molten metal or electrolytic solutions.
- Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout the coating process.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on metalizing equipment to ensure consistent operation.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during the production process.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in machine operation preferred.
- Proven experience as a Metalizing Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of metal plating techniques and chemical processes.
- Familiarity with machine maintenance practices and troubleshooting methods.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and specifications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
