Requirements

- Certification as a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) or equivalent credential.
- Proven experience in healthcare management, health informatics, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of health information systems, electronic health records (EHR), and data governance.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in data analysis software and health IT tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and HITECH compliance.
