- Facilitate workshops and meetings to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented strategies and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in management consulting or organizational analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Familiarity with performance management and operational efficiency frameworks.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or similar are a plus.
