We are seeking a skilled Loom Fixer to join our team. Responsibilities

- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on production equipment.
- Modify existing machinery setups to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to enhance machinery performance.
- Document all repairs, maintenance work, and equipment modifications as per company policy.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Loom Fixer or a similar role in industrial machinery maintenance.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems and machinery components.
- Technical certification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose mechanical failures.
- Familiarity with safety standards and protocols in an industrial setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy machinery components when necessary.
