Job Brief

Responsibilities

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Current state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in counseling or psychotherapy, preferably in a clinical setting.
- Strong understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to establish rapport with diverse client populations.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
