Job Brief

Requirements
- Ph.D. or terminal degree in Leisure Studies, Recreation Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated teaching experience in higher education, with a focus on leisure and fitness disciplines.
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, facilities management, and program development.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective teaching and mentorship.
- Ability to engage diverse student populations and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
- Record of research and publication in leisure studies or related areas (preferred for research-focused roles).
- Proficiency in utilizing educational technology and learning management systems.
