- Manage scheduling and appointments for legal staff and maintain calendars.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Ensure compliance with legal procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Utilize legal software and office applications to enhance workflow and efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant or in a similar role within a law firm or legal department.
- Proficient in legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with legal research tools and databases.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management software.
- Certification in Paralegal Studies or related field is a plus.
