Job Brief

Responsibilities
- Operate washing and dry-cleaning machines to clean garments and household items.

- Inspect articles for stains and damage, applying appropriate spot-cleaning techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area, ensuring equipment is in good working order.
- Monitor machine cycles and adjust settings as necessary to optimize cleaning results.
- Fold, hang, or package cleaned articles for customer pickup or delivery.
- Adhere to safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies and notify management of low stock levels.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as a Laundry Worker or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of various fabrics and appropriate cleaning methods.
- Familiarity with laundry equipment maintenance and operation.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
