As a Kennel Helper, you will play a vital role in the care and well-being of various domestic and exotic animals in settings such as kennels, animal shelters, aquariums, and zoos. Responsibilities

- Clean and disinfect cages, pens, and aquariums to ensure a safe living environment.
- Maintain accurate records of animal feedings, treatments, and any medical needs.
- Assist in the intake and discharge of animals, ensuring proper documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to develop enrichment activities for animals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in animal care or veterinary assistance is a plus.
- Prior experience working with animals in a kennel, shelter, or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of animal behavior and basic veterinary care.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical stamina to handle various animal sizes and perform manual labor tasks.
