Job Brief

As a Job Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, screening, and placing qualified candidates within an organization. Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough job analyses to create detailed job descriptions and specifications.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates for interviews.
  • Conduct interviews using various methods, such as phone, video, and in-person formats.
  • Evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organization’s culture and role requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist in the preparation of employment offers and onboarding processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Ability to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Proficiency in using social media and professional networks for recruitment.
  • Certifications in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
