Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough job analyses to create detailed job descriptions and specifications.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates for interviews.
- Conduct interviews using various methods, such as phone, video, and in-person formats.
- Evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organization’s culture and role requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in the preparation of employment offers and onboarding processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Ability to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
- Proficiency in using social media and professional networks for recruitment.
- Certifications in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
