Job Brief

Responsibilities
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to grind, sand, and polish jewelry components to meet design specifications.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring that all items meet company standards.
- Maintain and operate machinery and tools, adhering to safety guidelines to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with designers and artisans to understand project requirements and provide feedback on materials.
- Keep a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency and safety.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to tools and machinery performance.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a grinder or in a similar role within the jewelry making or manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with various hand tools and power tools used in grinding and polishing processes.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics in finished products.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Knowledge of safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.
