Job Brief
As a Jacquard Loom Weaver, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and tending to advanced weaving machinery that produces intricate textile patterns. Responsibilities

- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of weaving equipment to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with design teams to implement creative and complex textile patterns using Jacquard technology.
- Inspect finished textiles for defects, ensuring compliance with quality specifications.
- Maintain accurate production records and report any issues or discrepancies to management.
- Train and mentor junior weavers in Jacquard weaving techniques and equipment operation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Jacquard Loom Weaver or in a similar textile manufacturing role.
- Strong knowledge of Jacquard weaving processes and textile properties.
- Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting Jacquard looms and related machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret weaving patterns and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in textile production.
