Job Brief

As an Internist, you will play a critical role in diagnosing and managing a diverse range of diseases and injuries affecting internal organ systems in adults and adolescents. Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat various internal organ system diseases and injuries.
  • Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and patient assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including laboratory and imaging studies.
  • Provide patient education on disease prevention and health maintenance.
  • Collaborate with specialists and healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulations.
  • Stay updated on advancements in internal medicine and treatment protocols.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
  • Completion of an internal medicine residency program.
  • Board certification in Internal Medicine is preferred.
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills in adult patient care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Current state medical license and DEA registration.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
