Job Brief

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, market trends, and sales methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sales management software and CRM tools.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable insights.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Life & Health Insurance License) are preferred.
