Job Brief
As an Infantry Weapons Officer, you will direct, train, and lead infantry units in ground combat operations. This role involves overseeing the deployment of infantry weapons, vehicles, and equipment, while managing field communications and coordinating with armor, artillery, and air support units. Responsibilities
- Direct the deployment and operation of infantry weapons and equipment in combat scenarios.
- Train and lead infantry units in ground combat techniques and strategies.

- Oversee field communications operations to ensure effective information dissemination.
- Coordinate with armor, artillery, and air support units to achieve mission objectives.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of infantry tactics and implement improvements as necessary.
Requirements
- Proven experience in military leadership roles, preferably as an Infantry Weapons Officer or in a similar capacity.
- Strong understanding of infantry tactics, weapons systems, and ground combat operations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple military units.
- Experience in strategic and tactical planning, with a focus on battle plan development.
- Ability to lead and train personnel in high-pressure environments.
- Knowledge of field communication systems and operational management.
- Certification in relevant military training programs and courses.
- Physical fitness and mental resilience to meet the demands of combat operations.
