Responsibilities

- Develop and implement grievance procedures to address employee complaints and concerns.
- Conduct investigations into workplace issues and disputes, ensuring a fair and impartial process.
- Advise management on labor relations strategies, policies, and best practices to enhance employee engagement.
- Monitor labor market trends and industry practices to inform negotiations and dispute resolutions.
- Provide training for managers and employees on industrial relations policies and labor laws.
- Maintain accurate records of negotiations, grievances, and resolutions to ensure compliance and accountability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in industrial relations, labor negotiations, or conflict resolution.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to mediate and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in conflict resolution techniques and employee relations strategies.
- Ability to analyze data and trends to inform decision-making and policy development.
- Familiarity with grievance procedures and collective bargaining processes.
- Certification in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP) is a plus.
