Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or equivalent degree in pharmaceutical sciences.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical research and development, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, toxicology, and drug development processes.
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines, including FDA and EMA requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for presenting research findings clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Certifications in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or similar quality standards is a plus.
