Responsibilities

- Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard production rates and optimize workflow.
- Assist in designing and implementing efficient industrial layouts for manufacturing facilities.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and refine production strategies.
- Utilize data analysis tools and software to assess performance metrics and recommend solutions.
- Support the development of quality control procedures to ensure product standards are met.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings and improvement proposals.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in industrial engineering or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with time and motion study methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis software and engineering design tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Certifications such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing are a plus.
