Job Brief
The Industrial Aerial Installer is responsible for the installation, repair, testing, and adjustment of electronic equipment, including industrial controls, transmitters, and antennas. Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair industrial electronic equipment, including antennas and control systems.
- Test and adjust electronic systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with specifications.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on aerial installations.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to installation and equipment operation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve installation processes and equipment functionality.
- Document maintenance and repair processes in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Adhere to safety protocols while working at heights and in various environmental conditions.
- Provide technical support and training to customers and junior technicians as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Industrial Aerial Installer or in a similar electronics installation role.
- Strong knowledge of electronic systems, industrial controls, and communications equipment.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices for working at heights.
- Technical certifications in electronics or related fields (e.g., FCC, NATE) are a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required.
