Job Brief

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related field.
  • Proven experience in employee assessment, training, and development.
  • Strong knowledge of psychological testing and evaluation techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis software and HR management systems.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with organizational behavior theories and practices.
  • Certification from a recognized psychological association is a plus.
